Funeral services will be held Wednesday, August 3, 2011 at 4:00 pm at Pugh Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. David Spaulding officiating. Burial will be in Randolph Memorial Park. Mrs. Hall was a native of Stokes County and a homemaker. She was a member of Calvary United Methodist Church, Balfour Friendly Club, Extension Community Association and McDonalds Bingo Club. She was preceded in death by her husband, Henry Lee Hall, daughter, Mary Louise (Patsy) Chafin, parents, Thomas Jefferson and Lonie Emma Rierson, sister, Evelyn Rierson Hinshaw and brothers, Clifton and T. J. Rierson. She is survived by her daughter, Nancy Hall York and her husband Guy of Asheboro; sons, David Lee Hall and his wife Deanna of Asheboro, Dale P. Hall of Asheboro; 11 grandchildren; 18 great grandchildren; 4 great great grandchildren; sister, Rebecca Rierson McCorkle of Clearwater, FL. The family will receive friends Wednesday from 2:00-4:00pm at Pugh Funeral Home, 437 Sunset Avenue, Asheboro and other times at her daughter's home at 2108 Lamar Dr., Asheboro.
